Newly furnished, clean rooms. Superb ambience and lighting. Big rooms with almost all amenities. Excellent location near attractions. Helpful and accommodating receptionist. Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean and secure accommodation. Simple but good breakfast.

My recent stay at Palais Elegance Wien was fantastic. The location was excellent, right outside the Hofberg Palace, and within easy walking distance to the Opera and Graben. The room was modern, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right near a magnificent palace that is now used for various purposes. It was such a unique experience to be staying in a place with so much history and grandeur. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, from offering dry cleaning and housekeeping services to assisting with grocery shopping and airport shuttle arrangements. The room itself was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a dining table. The free Wi-Fi was an added bonus, as I was able to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff were also very friendly and ready to assist with any requests I had. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
